Babies 4-14 Months
For babies aged 4 to 14 months, this lesson introduces little ones and their accompanying adult to a water adventure, focusing on building water confidence and teaching essential safety skills in a nurturing, supportive environment.
Babies 15-24 Months
For babies aged 15 to 24 months, swimming helps develop coordination and balance while also supporting a healthy appetite and improving sleep patterns. It’s a fun way to encourage physical development in a safe, engaging environment.
Pre School 2-3 Years
Pre School 2-3 years. Our swimming lessons focus on building confidence in the water, improving coordination, and developing key motor skills. Parents will accompany their child in the water, supporting their learning and ensuring a fun, safe environment for early water experiences.
Non Swimmers Octopus
3 years + non swimmers . Our small group lessons provide a supportive environment where children enter the water with our teachers. These lessons focus on building water confidence, basic swimming skills, and having fun in a safe, encouraging setting.
Beginners Goldfish 1
Our Beginners (Goldfish 1) For 5+ year-olds who can swim a little but may still need assistance, our small classes provide support with noodles or woggles. Teachers are in the water to guide and encourage each child, helping them build on their skills, gain confidence, and improve their technique in a fun, safe environment.
Improvers Goldfish 2
For swimmers aged 6+ who can swim a few meters unassisted, our lessons focus on improving front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke. We still use floats for added support at times, and our teachers remain in the water to guide and encourage each child as they refine their technique and build confidence.
Improvers + Goldfish 3
For swimmers aged 7+ who are confident in deep water, our lessons focus on refining front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and introducing butterfly. We continue to use floats for support when needed, with teachers in the water to help build stamina and enhance swimming technique.
Stroke Technique Angelfish 2 & 3
For swimmers aged 8+ in our Stroke Technique Angelfish 2 & 3 classes, swimmers must be confident in deep water and able to swim lengths. They will work on swimming 25 meters without aid, perfecting the butterfly stroke, mastering sculling techniques, and refining their water entries. This class builds technique, stamina, and confidence for more advanced swimmers.
Advanced Swimmer Sharks
For swimmers aged 8+ in our Advanced Sharks class, swimmers must be confident in deep water, able to swim lengths, and have good technique. This class focuses on refining all four strokes, teaching water rescue and survival techniques, as well as starts and turns for each stroke. By the end of the series, swimmers will be able to swim 200 meters confidently.
Private One2one
For swimmers aged 2+, our private one-to-one lessons can be tailored to suit each swimmer’s needs, with or without a parent entering the water. These lessons provide focused attention to help your child build confidence and develop essential swimming skills at their own pace.
Private 2-1
For swimmers aged 2+, our two-to-one private lessons offer personalised attention for two swimmers at once, with or without a parent entering the water. These lessons are tailored to suit each swimmer’s needs, providing a supportive and engaging environment to develop confidence and essential swimming skills.
Private 3-1
For swimmers aged 2+, our three-to-one private lessons offer personalised attention for three swimmers at once, with or without a parent entering the water. These lessons are tailored to suit each swimmer’s needs, providing a supportive and engaging environment to develop confidence and essential swimming skills.
Sen Private
Our SEN private one-to-one lessons are designed for swimmers who may not be able to access mainstream lessons. These lessons can be with or without a parent entering the water and are tailored to meet the individual needs of each swimmer, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Sen Group
Our SEN swimming sessions and SEND swimming classes have been specifically developed for those swimming with a disability.
Our instructors have gone through dedicated training, meaning they can deliver inclusive classes for people with different disabilities, impairments and access needs.
Sen Adult And Child
Our SEN swimming sessions and SEND swimming classes are specially designed for children who may not be able to access mainstream lessons. These classes require both an adult and child to be in the water together, ensuring a supportive and tailored learning environment for each swimmer.
Junior Lifesaving
Junior Lifeguard Academy is a survival and rescue training programme that has been specifically created for young people aged from 8 years (for the aquatic programmes, learners must be able to swim 50 metres continuously unaided).
Adult Group
This series covers basic to advanced water skills for the adult who is eager to learn to swim, improve technique or get fit.
Stroke Improvement - Lanes
Prepares swimmers to swim 25m without aid, perform butterfly stroke as well as mastering sculling techniques and entries to the water. This series educates swimmers in basic water rescue and survival techniques as well as starts and turns for each of the strokes. These sessions are conducted in lanes (rather than widths) therefore, swimmers must be happy in deep water.
